Caring for your Playdough
Our playdough is made to last for months, but may require a little care to ensure it stays soft and velvety!
- Store it back in the jar when you have finished using it
- Store it in a cool dark area
- Play with it regularly
- Try not to leave it out for long periods of time (particularly in the heat
If your playdough does get left out and feels a little dry, do not panic! Simply add a few drops of water and knead it until it is soft again!
If it gets left in the jar in the sunlight and loses some of it's colour around the outside, a good knead is all it takes to restore it back to (almost) its original colour.
Caring for your Playdough Stamps
To clean your stamps, carefully wipe or brush them with a damp cloth/brush, leave to dry thoroughly and then reapply a coating of oil (any oil works just fine). Do not submerge your stamps in water, and avoid the use of any harsh detergents/cleaners.
